Here at Thursby Surgery, we constantly strive to give patients the best possible care and regularly review our services in light of patient feedback.

All formal complaints must be made in writing and marked for the attention of the Practice Manager. This can be done via email ( or the contact us form below

All complaints will be either contacted by the surgery's "Complaints Mediator" via the telephone or will be acknowledged in writing within 2 working days and a written response provided in 28 days. If this timescale cannot be met, you will be contacted by letter with an update
