How to Request a Home Visit
A Doctor can have five consultations in the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit. Please try to phone before 10.00am.
When you call to request a home visit the reception staff will initially ask you some details so that we can record the relevant information.
A doctor or nurse may telephone you before the home visit takes place to discuss your condition
