ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS
With the news of Strep A, Scarlet Fever and Croup on the rise we have noticed a high increase on our incoming telephone calls which are already at an all time high due to winter ilnesses.
Our telephone lines are extremely busy today, so far we have already taken 74 calls in 53 minutes with a calling queue of 46 calls waiting to be answered from patients.
Our staff are working as hard and as quickly as they can to answer the phones but are also dealing with a very busy front desk due to patients not being able to get through on the phones.
If your call is not urgent for today please can we ask you to call us back later in the week so the patients who need urgent attention from us can get through.
