Prescription ordering via email

Please note:

As of 01.09.2021 we will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the phone.

This is an effort reduce the waiting times on the sugery telephone line.

From Wednesday 1st September 2021 Requests for prescriptions will ONLY be taken via our dedicated email address:

thursby.prescriptions@nhs.net

**If you are unable to send via or do not have access to an email address, the surgery will be accepting paper prescriptions requests at the surgery - however, due to government and NHS advise regarding quarantining paper documents, this method will take up to 4 working days to process
