Booking an Appointment Online

Emis Access LogoYou can now book or cancel an appointment with a doctor online with the service called EMIS Access. In order to use this service you need to be a registered patient and have a registration form detailing your:

  • Access Pin/ID Number
  • Practice ID Number
  • NHS Number.

To obtain this form you will need to come into the surgery and speak with one of our receptionists who will provide this.

If you have already done this and have your registration letter you will need to create a user account by going to the EMIS Access web site at https://www.emisaccess.co.uk  (there is a direct link to this through this website) or it can also be accessed by visiting the site of Patient.co.uk www.patient.co.uk

You can book appointments with the doctor on-line but if you need to see a nurse you will still need to ring or call in at the surgery to make this appointment.

Once you have registered, you will be able to see all the appointments you have booked at the surgery (whether made on-line or not).  You may also cancel any appointment, should the need arise, without telephoning the surgery.
